Recommended Reading
Welcome to our curated collection of recommended reading on Restorative Yoga. We call rest ‘the yoga teacher’s secret weapon’ - as of course Restorative Yoga’s sole purpose is to encourage deep and fulfilling rest.
Just like many other forms and styles of yoga; deepening your practice will deepen and refine your teaching. As such, our recommended reading for Restorative Yoga is designed to be practical and implementable, first and foremost, as well as igniting inspiration to share the practice with others.
